Our recent plumbing issue was worked on by a young team member just starting to work on these jobs on his own-as shared by him. Though he was respectful and friendly, he could use some more guidance on being prepared and presenting himself in a more professional manner-appearance, preparedness , & verbal skills. He arrived 2 hours before the scheduled time and only texted 5 minutes before that he would be there. He did not have the tools/equipment needed for the problem-we shared details when making the appointment-so what could have been a 1 hour job turned out to be a 3 hour job due to having to wait on the equipment. Everyone has a learning curve when starting out. Hope he works on some of these skills before his next call. :) Overall, we were satisfied with the work done.
